ALL RETURNS OR SIZE EXCHANGES HAVE TO BE ANNOUNCED VIA EMAIL : HQ@MXDVS.CO
RETURNS OR SIZE EXCHANGES HAVE TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO OUR OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER THE PACKAGE ARRIVED.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. MAKE SURE THE ITEM(S) IS/ARE UNDAMAGED AND CLEAN BEFORE SHIPPING IT BACK.
— A HANDLING FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF THE ITEM(S) IS/ARE NOT CLEAN.
— A PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED WHEN THE ITEM(S) IS/ARE DAMAGED.
— MASKS, SCARFS, UNDERWEAR, PIERCINGS AND SOCKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS.
— STICKERS AND OTHER FREE ITEMS CAN BE KEPT BY THE CUSTOMER.
— HANGERS, DUST- & TOTEBAGS, ... HAVE TO BE RETURNED IF THEY ARE INCLUDED WITH AN ITEM.
2. PRINT AND FILL IN THIS FORM, AND INCLUDE IT IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.
3. WHEN SHIPPING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU:
— MAKE SURE TO VALUE THE PACKAGE AS LOW AS POSSIBLE AND MARK IT AS A RETURN. A PACKAGE FROM
OUTSIDE THE EU WILL ALWAYS REQUIRE IMPORT DUTIES. THE SENDER HAS TO PROVIDE FOR THEM. IF THEY
DON’T, THE PACKAGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RETURN TO SENDER.
— ONCE A PACKAGE ARRIVES IN BELGIUM, IT CAN BE TRACKED ON THE WEBSITE OF BPOST. THEY WILL
ANNOUNCE ON THIS WEBSITE HOW THE IMPORT DUTIES CAN BE PAID FOR. IF YOU

4. WHEN CREATING A RETURN LABEL, PLEASE ADD HQ@MXDVS.CO AS CONTACT INFORMATION SO WE GET
AUTOMATIC UPDATES REGARDING YOUR PACKAGE.
5. SEND THE TRACKING NUMBER TO US VIA EMAIL. PLEASE NOTE THAT A TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT OBLIGATED,
BUT THERE IS NOT MUCH WE CAN DO WHEN A PACKAGE GETS LOST WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER.
SIZE EXCHANGE: SHIPPING COST OF THE SECOND SHIPMENT HAS TO BE PROVIDED FOR BY THE CUSTOMER.
